To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed (for pet hygiene standards), in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.

To start a return, please contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll provide the next steps and return instructions promptly.

If your pet feeder arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos or video of the issue. We’ll work quickly to send a replacement or resolve the matter.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, defective, or sent in error.

We process orders within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery within the United States is 7–14 business days after dispatch. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

1. Place the feeder on a flat, stable surface in your pet's designated feeding area.
2. Fill the transparent water reservoir with fresh water and securely attach it to the base.
3. Open the top lid of the main container and fill it with your pet's favorite dry kibble.
4. The automatic gravity system will continuously supply fresh water and dispense food into the bowl as your pet eats.
5. For best hygiene, clean the bowls and water tank regularly with warm water.
